Mid-market and enterprise revenue teams

Agentic GTM: your stack, connected and run by agents.

We clean and connect your RevOps systems, build the context layer your team and agents share, and deploy agents across your GTM motion. Every build is custom, and everything lives in your accounts.

Agentic GTM is a way of running go-to-market where AI agents do the research, the CRM updates and the account monitoring behind a revenue team. DFY Automation builds agentic GTM systems for mid-market and enterprise revenue teams, in the client’s own stack. Most start with call-ready leads for SDRs: agents find the right decision makers, research every account and qualify it, so SDRs get people to call with the context attached.

02 / The problem

Your revenue data lives in ten places. Your team can't watch them all.

We turn that into one system your team can run.

Messy CRM

Duplicates, stale records and missing fields. Reports nobody trusts.

Context scattered

ICP, positioning, call notes and wins sit in docs, decks and people's heads. Every new rep and every agent starts from zero.

Disconnected tools

Enrichment, intent, sequencing and CRM don't talk to each other. Signals get missed and reps do the research by hand.

03 / Where most teams start

Call-ready leads for your SDRs.

The first motion most teams build. Agents find, research and qualify the people worth calling, and your SDRs pick up the phone.

Your first build

Selling to mid-market and enterprise, or a market too small for cold email

Agents watch your target accounts, find the right decision makers, research every account and qualify it against criteria we set with you. Your SDRs get people to call, with the research in hand. Once the new accounts are worked, the same system finds new buyers inside the accounts you already sell to.

  • The right decision makers
  • Every account researched
  • Qualified before handoff
  • Context for every call

Then it grows: expansion, churn risk and CRM data quality, one front at a time.

04 / What we build

Five layers of one GTM system.

We scope the layers you need. Your first build covers the three highlighted ones, the base call-ready leads run on, since agents are only as good as the data and context under them. The other two come as the system grows.

  1. RevOps foundation

Clean data your team and agents can trust.

    • CRM audit, dedupe and field cleanup
    • Scheduled enrichment that keeps records fresh
    • Lead and account routing, ownership rules
  2. Context layer

One source of truth for how you sell.

    • Your ICP, personas, positioning and proof in one knowledge base
    • Built from your calls, emails, docs and CRM history
    • The same context for every rep and every agent
  3. Signal and monitoring agents

Know when a top account moves.

    • Hiring, funding, leadership and tech changes on your target accounts
    • Signals scored and written to your CRM
    • The account owner alerted in team chat, with context attached
  4. Motion agents

Agents for the work between the meetings.

    • Account research and account plans
    • Pre-call briefs and post-call CRM updates
    • Follow-up drafts in your voice, reviewed by your rep
  5. Systems integration

Every tool connected into one engine.

    • CRM, data, intent and sales tools connected
    • Logs and error alerts on every workflow
    • Dashboards and runbooks your RevOps lead can use

05 / How it works

Your team keeps working where it already works.

Data flows into one context layer, agents act on it, and the results land where your team already works. The system does the research, the updates and the watching.

  • Data and enrichment
  • Intent signals
  • Calls and emails

06 / How an engagement runs

From audit to a running system.

One motion and one metric first. Agents run alongside your reps before full rollout.

  3. Pilot build

We start with one motion and one metric, built in your accounts over 90 days. For most teams, that's call-ready leads for their SDRs.

  4. Test with your team

Agents run alongside your reps first. We tune them on real accounts before full rollout.

10 / Why us

Built by GTM engineers who come from pipeline.

Our agents go past clean data and reports. They watch accounts and turn signals into pipeline, because that's where we started.

11 / What you need

What it takes to get started.

For revenue teams selling to mid-market and enterprise, with a market too small for cold email, or who'd rather not use it: a team big enough for manual work to cost real selling time, a CRM to build on, and a leader who owns pipeline.

The system behind your team

Agentic GTM systems

Mid-market and enterprise revenue teams

  • 200+ employees or a revenue team of 10+.Mid-market and enterprise B2B, US first. If the build starts with call-ready leads, that team includes SDRs to make the calls.
  • An established CRM, and tools that don't talk to each other.Connecting data spread across systems is the first thing we build.
  • A CRO, VP Sales or RevOps lead who owns pipeline. They approve the blueprint. After the build, your team runs it, or we refine and grow it.

12 / Part of go-to-market, done for you

Not the right fit? There's another way in.

We run cold email for you, or build the system behind your revenue team. Here's the other one.

What this service doesn't include

  • We don't send emails or manage sending infrastructure here. That's cold email.
  • We don't write campaign copy here.
  • We don't replace your team. Your reps, account managers and customer success act on what the system finds.

13 / FAQ

Agentic GTM questions.

Ask us on the call instead
What is agentic GTM?

Agentic GTM is a way of running go-to-market where AI agents do the research, the CRM updates and the account monitoring behind a revenue team, working from a shared context layer. Your reps keep selling; the system watches accounts, briefs calls and keeps records current, with a human approving anything customer-facing.

What if cold email isn't the right channel for us?

Then we build you an agentic GTM system instead, usually starting with call-ready leads for your SDRs: agents find the right decision makers, research every account and qualify it, and your SDRs get people to call with the context attached. It also fits if your market is big enough for cold email but you'd rather not use it.

Do we need an SDR team?

For cold email, yes: your SDRs or sales team close the opportunities that land in your Slack. For an agentic GTM system, you need a revenue team to act on what it finds. If it starts with call-ready leads, that means SDRs to make the calls; the system does the research, the updates and the watching behind them.

Who do you work with?

B2B companies with a sales team. Cold email is for teams selling to SMB and mid-market companies, with a total addressable market of 30,000 or more and an ACV or customer LTV of $1,250 or more. Agentic GTM systems are for revenue teams selling to mid-market and enterprise, with 200+ employees or a revenue team of 10+, and an established CRM: teams selling to enterprise, teams whose market is too small for cold email, and teams that would rather not use it.

What does onboarding look like?

For cold email, it's one detailed onboarding form and one 60-minute call. Then we set up your email infrastructure, build the lists, write the copy for your approval and launch. For an agentic GTM system, it starts with a two-week audit: read access to your stack and one 90-minute workshop. Then you approve a written blueprint, and we start the build.

What does it cost?

It depends on the service, your volume and the scope. After the strategy call, we send you a written proposal with the plan and the price.

Who will we work with?

Both founders, Ali and Javeria. They lead every engagement, from the first call to the weekly reviews.

How do call-ready leads reach our SDRs?

Where your SDRs already work. We agree the handoff with you in the blueprint, usually your CRM with an alert in team chat. Every lead arrives qualified, with the account research your SDR needs before picking up the phone.

Do you only do outbound?

No. Outbound is where we started, and we still run cold email for teams that want it done for them. For mid-market and enterprise revenue teams, we build agentic GTM systems: a clean RevOps foundation, a shared context layer and agents, built in your stack. Most start with call-ready leads for their SDRs, then grow into expansion, churn risk and CRM data quality.

What are call-ready leads?

Qualified, researched leads for your SDRs to call. They're the part of an agentic GTM system most teams start with: agents watch your target accounts, find the right decision makers, research every account and qualify it before handoff, so every call starts informed. Once the list of new accounts is worked, the same system finds new buyers inside the accounts you already sell to.

What is a context layer?

One structured knowledge base of how you sell: ICP, personas, positioning, proof, account history and rules. Your agents and your reps use the same source, so outputs stay accurate and on brand.

Which tools do you work with?

The ones you already run. Every build is custom to your stack: your CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, GoHighLevel or Attio, plus your data sources, sales tools and team chat.

Do you replace our RevOps team?

No. We give your RevOps team a clean, connected system and agents that take on the manual work.

How long does it take?

The audit takes two weeks. A build runs 90 days, with the RevOps foundation and the context layer first.

Who owns what you build?

You do. It's built in your accounts and handed over with runbooks and training. At handover we move everything to your keys and remove our access.

How do you handle our data and AI costs?

Agents run on your platforms. For larger builds, API and hosting costs sit on your own keys with spend limits. We delete your data when the engagement ends.

What happens after the build?

It's yours either way. You can take the keys and run it yourselves, with runbooks and training. Or we refine and grow it every month: we keep the data clean, tune the agents on what your reps act on and monitor every workflow, and we add the next front, such as expansion, churn risk or CRM data quality.
